- When will the new office open?
The new office will open Monday, July 27th at 9:00am.
- Will there be any downtime with the closing of the old office and the opening of the new?
No, there is no planned downtime between the last day of the old office (July 24th) and the opening of the new office (July 27th).
- Will I have access to my safe deposit box during the move?
Currently, we are planning to move the safe deposit boxes the week of July 24th. Safe deposit boxes will be unavailable beginning July 22nd until opening of business on July 27th. They will be available before and after the move. We will communicate to our safe deposit box customers the exact date of the move once it is confirmed.
- Will there be a change in hours?
No, our office hours will stay the same: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
- Will my online banking be affected?
No, online banking and mobile banking will not be affected by this move. You will continue to have 24-7 access to your account.
- Will the new office have a drive-up ATM?
We will be moving the ATM on Friday, July 24, 2026. The ATM will be available at the new location July 25, 2026.
- What is the last day for the old office?
The last day the old office will be operational is Friday July 24, 2026.
- Will the phone number change?
No, you can continue to use the same number to contact the Mt Pleasant Office – 704-436-2300.
