Bob Brannan’s experience in the financial services industry dates to 1984 and has been associated with Uwharrie Bank (formerly Bank of Stanly) since 2006. He joined Uwharrie Investment Advisors as an investment advisor representative and executive vice president in April 2012. Bob is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

He holds FINRA Securities Registrations Series 7 and 66 and also holds a North Carolina Life Insurance license. He is a registered representative of Private Client Services, LLC.

Bob is an Eagle Scout and active supporter of Boy Scouts in the community and is a member of the Concord Rotary Club. He also serves on the boards of the Cabarrus College of Health Sciences, the Ben Mynatt Children's Foundation, the Charlotte 49ers Athletic Foundation, and the Central NC Council Boy Scouts of America.
